Payment methods

Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Refund policy

The buyer has the right to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. To return an item, please contact us via email at: hello@haru.lt

Refunds are credited to the buyer's account within 14 days of confirmation of the return.

Delivery

Items are delivered within 1-3 business days.
